Crowns & Bridges

Zirconia Crowns at Reniux Dental Lab

Zirconia Crowns

Zirconia crowns are among the most versatile restorative options available today, offering exceptional strength, durability, and biocompatibility. Milled from high-strength zirconium dioxide, these restorations are ideal for both natural teeth and implant-supported restorations.

Monolithic zirconia (full-contour) crowns offer exceptional durability, with flexural strengths often exceeding 900–1200 MPa, making them ideal for posterior restorations and high-load cases. For enhanced esthetics, layered zirconia combines a strong zirconia core with porcelain layering to provide greater translucency and a more natural appearance.

Whether utilizing monolithic zirconia for maximum strength or layered zirconia for improved esthetics, zirconia crowns provide predictable long-term performance across a wide range of clinical indications.

Key Benefits:

• Exceptional Durability

Highly Biocompatible

Metal-Free Restoration

• Ideal for High Occlusal Loads

Lithium Disilicate Crowns

Lithium disilicate restorations offer outstanding esthetics while maintaining excellent strength and durability. Known for their translucency and lifelike appearance, these restorations closely mimic natural enamel and are often selected when achieving the highest level of esthetics is a priority.

With flexural strengths typically ranging from 360–500 MPa, lithium disilicate combines reliable strength with exceptional esthetics, making it an excellent choice for anterior restorations, premolars, veneers, inlays, and onlays where natural light transmission and seamless integration are critical.

Key Benefits:

Superior Esthetics

Natural Translucency

Conservative Preparations (Can require as little as 0.3-0.5 mm of reduction in some cases)

Excellent for Anterior Restorations

Titanium-Base Restorations at Reniux Dental Lab

Ti-Base Restorations

Ti-base restorations combine the strength and precision of titanium with the esthetics of modern ceramic materials. These restorations utilize a prefabricated titanium base as the implant connection interface, supporting a custom-designed crown or bridge.

The ceramic restoration is designed and milled to fit precisely over the Ti base before being assembled and secured to the implant. This hybrid approach provides a manufacturer-approved implant connection, custom emergence profiles, and the ideal combination of strength at the implant interface and highly esthetic restorative outcomes. Ti-base restorations are commonly utilized for both single-unit and multi-unit implant restorations where precision, retrievability, and long-term performance are priorities.

Key Benefits:

• Manufacturer-Approved Implant Connection

• Excellent Retrievability

• Supports Custom Emergence Profiles

• Strength and Esthetics Combined

Custom Abutments

Custom abutments are designed specifically for each patient's anatomy and restorative requirements. Unlike stock abutments, custom solutions allow for optimized emergence profiles, improved soft tissue support, and more ideal restorative positioning.

Using advanced CAD/CAM technology, our custom abutments are engineered to support esthetic outcomes while promoting long-term implant health and restorative success.

Key Benefits:

Patient-Specific Design

Improved Soft Tissue Support

Enhanced Esthetics

Optimized Implant Restorative Outcomes
